By purchasing any version of the Mars Rover 3D model, you are acquiring a Single Person Use license that allows personal use of the model. By purchasing and downloading a 3d model from you agree to the terms of the User License Agreement below.

This license allows you to use the downloadable Mars Rover 3D model in your own 3d scenes and designs. This is NOT an agreement of ownership. This license is non-transferable. If you do not agree to the terms, you are not permitted to use any version of the Mars Rover 3D model.

Limited License

Upon payment of the non-refundable license fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the Mars Rover 3D model for personal, educational use.

Altering, duplicating or copying the Mars Rover 3D model as a whole or any of its parts is strictly prohibited, unless expressed so in writing by the author.

Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property depicted in this model, including the brand “Nasa” and “JPL”, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original rights holders.

You acknowledge and agree that any version of the Mars Rover 3D model is the intellectual property owned by the author. The Mars Rover 3D model is protected by Copyright Laws including without limitation, by United States federal Copyright Law, California State Intellectual Property Law, international treaty provisions, and applicable laws in the jurisdiction of use.

License Transfer

You may not rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, lend nor transfer any version of the Mars Rover 3D model, without prior written consent by the author.


The license rights granted under this Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of any version of the Mars Rover 3D model.


All versions of the Mars Rover 3D model, come ‘as is’, and the author cannot be held liable for any imperfections or differences when comparing the model to its real-life counterpart, or be responsible for the model’s performance on the user’s hardware.

The Mars Rover 3D model is not intended for real-world practical engineering applications and the author will not carry any responsibility if such use takes place.


The Mars Rover 3D model is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and limitations

Τo the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the author be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use any version of the Mars Rover 3D model, however caused.
